What is the typical timeline from brief to delivery?
Most campaigns run on a 3–5 week timeline: one week for discovery and concept, one for pre-production, one production week, and one to two weeks for post and delivery. Brand films and larger productions may run 6–8 weeks. We'll set a firm delivery date at kickoff and hold to it; delays happen only if client approvals are outstanding, and we flag that early.
What do you need from us to get started?
Three things: a signed contract, the project deposit, and a kickoff session with your decision-maker. From there, we guide you through a structured creative brief covering your brand inputs, audience, goals, and any references. You don't need to arrive with everything perfectly organized, that's what the brief process is for.
Who actually works on our production?

Do we own the content and all the raw files?
Completely. Once final payment clears, you own 100% of all deliverables, edited files, and creative assets. Raw footage and source files are included upon request (noted in the contract). We retain no licensing rights over anything produced for you.
